Course Overview
Behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), particularly aggression and distress, present some of the most significant challenges for caregivers and healthcare professionals. This evidence-based workshop moves beyond “managing behavior” to understanding the root causes of distress.
Designed for nurses and care staff, this session focuses on non-pharmacological interventions, communication strategies, and the legal frameworks necessary to protect both the patient and the caregiver.
